Accessibility statement

MaxiMedia attaches great importance to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. The website is built to meet Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, which is based on the WCAG guidelines.

What we have done

  • Full keyboard navigation, including a "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page and a clear focus indicator.
  • Heading structure and labeling that support screen readers.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Color contrast that meets the standard.
  • Browser zoom up to 200% without losing content.
  • Layouts that adapt to phones and screens of every size.
  • The background video can be paused with a button, and animations stop when the device is set to "reduce motion".
  • Forms with clear labels, and error messages that are announced to screen readers.
  • The page language is marked, including passages in other languages, so screen readers pronounce them correctly.
  • Pop-up windows close with the Esc key, and focus returns to where you were.

Enlarging text and changing the display

You can zoom in and out in any browser with Ctrl and + or Ctrl and - (Cmd on a Mac). Your computer's or phone's accessibility settings (such as high contrast, larger text or a built-in screen reader) also work on this website.

Known limitations

  • Some videos do not yet have subtitles. We are working on adding them.
  • Third-party content (YouTube videos and Cloudflare's "I am not a robot" check) is not fully under our control.
